Problems with Post Office letter refunds have now been resolved
First of all, we would like to express our deepest apologies for the problems and inconvenience that have been caused with letter returns recently. We know that many people have experienced confusion and inconvenience when trying to return orders.
When a problem has arisen in the return process, many have found that they have not been able to make returns at Post Office or Agent Post points as they might naturally expect. Instead, letter returns have had to be dropped into traditional letterboxes, which may not have been clear to everyone.
We are pleased to announce that the problem has now been resolved and Posti has been able to get the settings in their system right. In future, you will also be able to take your letter returns directly to Post Office and Agent Post offices. When you do this, you will also receive a receipt for your return, which will bring additional security to the return process. However, we would like to remind you that you must still select "return by letter" as the return method when making your return.
