Contract terms
Background
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed for products through the Ninja.fi online store. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time.
These terms and conditions do not limit the rights to which you are entitled under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Ninja strives to keep the online store available without interruption, but reserves the right to temporarily suspend the store’s operations, for example, due to maintenance, updates, or other technical measures.
Ninja reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for a valid reason. Any changes will be published on the online store and will apply to orders placed after they take effect. The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of ordering will always apply to the order.
All text, images, logos, trademarks, and other material published in the online store are the property of Ninja or their respective rights holders. Copying, using, publishing, or otherwise exploiting this material without written permission is prohibited under copyright law and other applicable legislation.

Prices
Product prices are displayed in the online store according to the market region and currency selected by the customer. Prices include the applicable value-added tax or other equivalent consumption tax, unless otherwise stated in the online store.
Prices do not include handling or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Any applicable handling and shipping fees will be added to the order total based on the customer’s selected shipping method before the order is confirmed. The available shipping methods and their associated fees are listed on the Shipping Methods page.
The total price stated upon order confirmation is binding on both parties, unless there is an obvious and clear pricing error.
Pricing Errors
Ninja reserves the right to cancel an order if there has been an obvious and clear pricing error for a product in the online store.
A clear pricing error refers, for example, to a situation where the product’s price is missing entirely, is listed as 0.00 without a valid promotion, or differs so significantly from the product’s actual retail price that the customer can reasonably be expected to have understood the price to be incorrect.
Promotions and Discounts
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, only one promotional offer or discount code may be used per order. Promotional offers cannot be combined with one another and will not be granted retroactively.
Promotional offers are personal and may only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. If the same personal offer is used more than once or if an attempt is made to circumvent the terms—for example, by using multiple customer accounts or email addresses—Ninja reserves the right to cancel the order or charge for any discount granted in error.
If a promotional benefit or discount is granted retroactively on an exceptional basis at the customer’s request, the actual costs incurred in processing the refund may be deducted from the refund amount.
Binding Nature of the Agreement
A binding agreement between the parties is formed when Ninja has sent an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer and payment for the order has been successfully processed.
The order confirmation is sent automatically after the online store has received the order and the payment has been confirmed. The customer must check the order confirmation to ensure that the order details, products, shipping address, and contact information are correct.
Ninja reserves the right to reject or cancel an order in individual cases for a valid reason, such as if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error in the order or price, payment cannot be confirmed, the shipping information is incomplete, or there is reason to suspect the order is fraudulent.
Ninja does not guarantee the availability of products displayed in the online store in all circumstances. If an ordered product is unavailable, Ninja will notify the customer as soon as possible and refund the amount paid by the customer to the extent that the order cannot be fulfilled.
The customer is responsible for carefully safeguarding the username and login credentials for their customer account. Orders placed through the customer account are deemed to have been placed by the customer, unless the customer can prove that the account was used without authorization and without the customer’s involvement.
Delivery
Shipping Methods and Shipping Costs
The delivery methods, delivery areas, and shipping costs available in the online store are determined by the customer’s country of delivery. Available delivery methods and their prices are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Ninja reserves the right to substitute the customer’s chosen shipping method with an equivalent one if the original shipping method is unavailable and the change does not cause significant inconvenience to the customer.
Up-to-date shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are available on the “Shipping Methods” page of the online store.
Product Delivery
Ninja strives to keep the availability information for all products in the online store up to date, but cannot guarantee product availability in all situations.
If, in exceptional cases, an ordered product is unavailable, Ninja will notify the customer as soon as possible and refund the cost of the undelivered products to the original payment method used for the transaction.
If it is not possible to deliver all items in an order at the same time, Ninja may deliver the order in multiple shipments without incurring additional shipping costs for the customer. The customer will be notified of any partial shipments.
International Shipments
Ninja delivers products to the countries currently available for selection in the online store. Available delivery countries, shipping methods, and shipping costs are determined by the destination country and will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact information are correct. For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import fees, customs duties, taxes, and other government charges, unless otherwise stated in the online store.
Payment
The payment methods available in the online store depend on the customer’s country of delivery and are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
In the Ninja.fi online store, you can pay using the payment methods available at the time, such as:
- online banking
- credit cards
- mobile payments
- invoice and installment payment services
- Ninja gift cards
Available payment service providers, payment methods, and their terms and conditions may vary depending on the country of delivery, currency, and customer preferences. The current payment methods are always displayed at the online store checkout before the order is confirmed.
Third-Party Payment Services
Some of the online store’s payment methods are provided through third-party payment services. The use of these payment methods is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider in effect at the time.
The customer is presented with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider before confirming the payment transaction, and use of the payment method requires acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Ninja is not liable for any disruptions, terms, or changes in the third-party payment service provider’s service, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the products.
To exercise this right, the customer must submit a cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires using the cancellation feature in our online store. The cancellation feature can be found in the customer account at account.ninja.fi and is available throughout the entire 14-day cancellation period.
You can submit a cancellation notice by logging into your customer account using the same email address used when placing the order. Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will send you an automatic confirmation email.
Cancelled products must be returned unused, in resalable condition, and, if possible, in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the product’s value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics, nature, or functionality.
Hygiene products delivered in sealed packaging (such as earrings and piercing jewelry) are not eligible for return if the seal or packaging has been opened (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16).
Returns from Finland
Ninja offers one free return per order for orders delivered in Finland where the value of the products, excluding shipping costs, exceeds 0.00 €.
To take advantage of the free return, the customer must submit a cancellation request via their customer account(account.ninja.fi), use the return code provided by Ninja, and follow the return instructions sent via email.
An automatic confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of the cancellation request.
Products to be returned must be shipped back no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice. The deadline is met when the products have been handed over to the shipping company within the specified time frame.The customer must keep the receipt or other proof of shipment to verify the shipment date if necessary. Alternatively, returns can be dropped off at a Ninja store free of charge.
For orders where the value of the products, excluding shipping costs, is €0.00, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns from Abroad
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the customer account at account.ninja.fi, after which return instructions will be emailed to the customer. An automatic confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the cancellation request.
Products to be returned must be shipped back no later than 14 days after the cancellation request is submitted. The deadline is met when the products have been handed over to the shipping company within the specified time frame. The customer must keep the receipt or other proof of shipment to verify the shipping date if necessary.
How do I submit a cancellation notice?
The customer must log in to their customer account (account.ninja.fi) and fill out the cancellation form or send the cancellation notice via email to customer serviceatasiakaspalvelu@ninja.fi. The customer must use the same email address used to place the order when logging in. Return instructions and a return ID will be sent via email after the cancellation request has been processed. An automatic confirmation message will be sent upon receipt of the cancellation request.
You may also submit a cancellation notice in another unambiguous manner, such as by emailing asiakaspalvelu@ninja.fi.
Important Information Regarding Returns
Costs incurred for additional delivery services will not be refunded in connection with a return.
If, after the return, the order no longer meets the terms of the offer or discount, the total order amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual purchase. For example, if the order originally exceeded the free shipping threshold but, after the return, the order value falls below that threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with the current price list.
One return per order is free of charge. If multiple returns are made for the same order, return fees in accordance with the current price list may be charged for subsequent returns.
If a return is made in a manner other than in accordance with Ninja’s return instructions, the customer may be charged the actual shipping and handling costs incurred by the return.
If the customer wishes to have a returned shipment reshipped, delivery fees in accordance with the current price list will be charged for the reshipment.
Unclaimed Shipment
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, an unclaimed shipment is not considered a cancellation.
If a shipment is not picked up, the customer will be charged the delivery and return costs incurred for the shipment in accordance with the price list in effect at the time.
For orders placed for in-store pickup, a €3.90 delivery fee will be charged if the order is not picked up by the deadline.
Product Complaints
Ninja ensures that every shipment is carefully checked before it is sent to the customer. If, despite this, a product is defective or incorrect, the defect must be reported to Ninja’s customer service (asiakaspalvelu@ninja.fi) within a reasonable time after it is discovered. If you wish to cancel the purchase,a refund will be issued without undue delay or no later than 30 days after the defective product has been received or the defect has otherwise been verified.
Consumer Protection
Ninja complies with the mandatory consumer protection laws in effect at any given time. These terms and conditions do not limit the rights to which the consumer is entitled by law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations between the customer and Ninja.
If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
Force Majeure
Ninja is not liable for delays or damages resulting from a force majeure event beyond Ninja’s control, which Ninja could not reasonably have foreseen or whose effects it could not have avoided.
Force majeure may include, for example, government regulations, labor disputes, significant disruptions to transportation or telecommunications networks, power outages, cyberattacks, exceptional natural phenomena, pandemics, or other similar unforeseeable events.
Ninja will notify the customer of any potential delay without undue delay, provided that this is possible given the circumstances.
If a force majeure event continues uninterrupted for more than three (3) months, either party has the right to cancel any unfulfilled order without liability for damages.
Privacy and Cookies
The online store uses secure and encrypted connections to protect customer data.
Some of the online store’s services, such as payment, shipping, and other services essential to the operation of the online store, are provided in collaboration with third parties. Where applicable, the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these service providers also apply to the use of these services.
Ninja processes customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Personal data is processed for the purposes of operating the online store, processing orders, handling deliveries, providing customer service, managing payments and returns, and maintaining customer relationships. Personal data may also be processed based on the customer’s consent for marketing and other purposes as described in the privacy policy.
Personal data may be disclosed to service providers and partners whose involvement is necessary to provide the online store’s services, such as payment services, deliveries, customer service, analytics, and marketing. Personal data is always processed in accordance with applicable laws.
The online store operates on the Shopify platform. Shopify and its partners may process personal data to enable the operation of the online store and to develop services in accordance with Shopify’s privacy policies.
The online store uses cookies and other similar technologies to enable the operation of the online store, develop the service, conduct analytics, carry out marketing, and improve the user experience. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent
Orders may be placed in the online store by individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding legal transactions.
Customers under the age of 18 must ensure, before placing an order, that they have parental consent to do so, if required. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the right to place an order.
Ninja reserves the right to cancel an order if there is reasonable cause to suspect that the customer does not have the right to place the order.
