Gift voucher

The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

You do not have to use the full amount at once. You can also use the balance of the gift card in instalments and combine it with other payment methods if necessary.

You can use the gift voucher in our stores as well as in our online shop.

Gift vouchers purchased online will be sent by email immediately after the order is placed. You can also choose to schedule delivery directly to the recipient's email address. Gift vouchers purchased in the shop are also electronic, but you can also have a plastic gift voucher in a gift envelope to take with you if you wish.

Yes, gift cards can be used to pay for all Ninja products and services!

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to add a balance to your gift card and you will need to purchase a new gift card.

Our gift cards are fully electronic, so all you need to use them is the gift card code - no physical card is required. If you need your gift card re-sent, please provide us with either the original order number or the email address used to place the order and we will re-send the gift card to you via email.

In the online shop, you can choose the amount of the gift voucher from a set of predefined options, ranging from €10 to €100. If you wish, you can also buy more than one gift card at a time. When buying in the shop, you determine the value of the gift voucher yourself.

Gift cards work like any other payment method. They are not restricted by discounts or promotions, so you can buy exactly what you want without worry.
